STATIC 1000™ is a heavy-duty shoring system capable of virtually any configuration with easy-bolt connections to allow for fast assembly and disassembly. These towers, bents, and column legs go together like an erector set and can be stacked or combined with other types of towers and components for additional versatility.

STATIC 1000™ modules are prefabricated and preassembled in 5’ and 10’ high units with a rated vertical load capacity of 1,000 kips. Each module consists of 4 legs spaced at 3, 5, or 7 feet on center in either direction, resulting in varying out-to-out dimensions typically 10” wider than leg spacing at columns and 1’6” wider than leg spacing at the top and bottom plates.  Module unit weights, which vary based upon out-to-out dimensions, are tabulated in the product list along with 2 legged bent units and 1 leg columns.  Column legs are available with connection tabs on 2, 3, or 4 sides of the column legs allowing for a multitude of configurations in the horizontal plane by connecting towers, bents, and columns together via bracing angles and/or providing nodes to connect lateral bracing elements to external points of fixity; when combined with the stackable capability of each unit, virtually any configuration can be achieved.
